Simply the finest commentary I have ever encountered. I wish everyone could own it. The reflections are insightful and the commentary is informative without going into a depth that is off putting. It may not be for everyone, but the number of outstanding scholars from all backgrounds always amazes me. If it were the only commentary I owned I would feel lucky and at no serious disadvantage. One other thing to add is the fine series is great for Catholic believers too since it covers the full Alexandrian canon as used by the RCC.
